These Terms and Conditions govern membership of The Front Row Club, the membership and loyalty program operated by Dromana Drive-In.
By joining or using The Front Row Club, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Membership
1.1.
The Front Row Club is a loyalty and membership program operated by Dromana Drive-In.
1.2.
Membership is available to individuals aged 18 years or over, unless otherwise specified by Dromana Drive-In.
1.3.
Membership is personal to the member and may not be transferred, sold, shared, or assigned to another person.
1.4.
Members must provide accurate and current information when joining and must notify Dromana Drive-In of any material changes to their membership information.
1.5.
A member may only maintain one active membership unless otherwise authorised by Dromana Drive-In.
1.6.
Dromana Drive-In reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel a membership where there are reasonable grounds to do so in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Membership Benefits
2.1.
Membership benefits are those advertised by Dromana Drive-In from time to time.
2.2.
Benefits may include discounted movie tickets, food and beverage discounts, birthday benefits, exclusive offers, promotions, or other benefits determined by Dromana Drive-In.
2.3.
Membership benefits are subject to availability and may be subject to additional conditions, exclusions, blackout dates, purchase requirements, or redemption limits.
2.4.
Membership benefits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person unless expressly stated otherwise.
2.5.
Dromana Drive-In may introduce, change, suspend, or withdraw particular membership benefits from time to time.
3. Membership Identification
3.1.
Members may be required to provide their membership details, email address, membership number, QR code, account details, or other reasonable proof of membership when accessing benefits.
3.2.
Dromana Drive-In may require members to provide identification where reasonably necessary to verify membership or eligibility for a benefit.
3.3.
Members are responsible for keeping their membership account and login credentials secure.
3.4.
Members must not allow another person to use their membership account or represent themselves as the member.
4. Birthday Discount
4.1.
Eligible members may receive a birthday discount as advertised by Dromana Drive-In.
4.2.
The birthday discount is limited to one vehicle/car admission per membership per membership year.
4.3.
The birthday discount is intended for use in connection with the member's birthday and is subject to the redemption conditions communicated by Dromana Drive-In.
4.4.
The birthday discount is not valid for special events, special screenings, festivals, concerts, private events, or other events specifically excluded by Dromana Drive-In.
4.5.
The birthday discount is not valid on public holidays, unless expressly stated otherwise by Dromana Drive-In.
4.6.
The birthday discount cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another member, or used in conjunction with another offer unless expressly permitted.
4.7.
The birthday discount is subject to screening availability and any applicable booking or redemption requirements.
4.8.
Dromana Drive-In reserves the right to require proof of identity or date of birth before providing the birthday discount.
5. Member Ticket Discounts
5.1.
Where a member ticket discount is offered, the discount applies only to eligible purchases made using the member's active membership.
5.2.
Membership discounts may be subject to minimum purchase requirements, screening restrictions, blackout dates, or other conditions.
5.3.
Member discounts cannot be retrospectively applied to tickets already purchased.
5.4.
Member discounts cannot be combined with other discounts, promotional offers, concession pricing, special event pricing, or other offers unless expressly stated.
6. Popcorn and Chop-Top Discounts
6.1.
Where The Front Row Club provides a discount on popcorn or Chop-Tops, the discount is available only when the applicable item is purchased as part of the eligible ticket transaction.
6.2.
The popcorn and Chop-Top discount does not apply to purchases made separately at Shel's Diner on the night of the member's visit.
6.3.
The discount cannot be applied retrospectively after the ticket transaction has been completed.
6.4.
The discount cannot be transferred to another person or used independently of an eligible ticket purchase unless expressly stated otherwise.
6.5.
Dromana Drive-In may limit the number or type of discounted food items available under the membership program.
7. Movie Memorabilia and Merchandise Discount
7.1.
Eligible members receive 10% off full-priced movie memorabilia and merchandise purchased directly from Dromana Drive-In.
7.2.
The 10% discount applies only to items sold at their standard full retail price and does not apply to sale items, clearance items, already-discounted products, bundles, promotional items, gift cards, food and beverage, or other items specifically excluded by Dromana Drive-In.
7.3.
The discount must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases.
7.4.
The discount is available only to the member and may not be transferred to another person.
7.5.
The discount cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion, voucher, offer, or special pricing unless expressly stated otherwise by Dromana Drive-In.
7.6.
Dromana Drive-In may exclude particular merchandise, memorabilia, limited-edition items, or other products from the membership discount.
8. Members-Only Screenings
8.1.
From time to time, Dromana Drive-In may offer members-only screenings or events exclusively to active members of The Front Row Club.
8.2.
Eligibility to attend a members-only screening requires the member to hold an active membership at the time of booking and attending the screening.
8.3.
Members-only screenings may be subject to limited capacity and may require advance booking.
8.4.
A valid membership does not guarantee admission to a members-only screening where capacity has been reached.
8.5.
Unless otherwise stated, members-only screenings are subject to the normal ticketing, booking, venue entry, and conduct requirements of Dromana Drive-In.
8.6.
Dromana Drive-In may specify whether members may purchase additional tickets for accompanying guests. Where permitted, any guest tickets will be subject to the terms and pricing specified for that particular screening.
8.7.
Members-only screenings may be subject to age restrictions, classification requirements, licensing requirements, or other conditions applicable to the screening.
8.8.
Members-only screenings may be cancelled, postponed, rescheduled, or changed due to operational requirements, licensing restrictions, weather, technical issues, or circumstances beyond Dromana Drive-In's reasonable control.
8.9.
Members-only screening invitations, tickets, booking links, access codes, or other admission benefits are personal to the member and must not be sold, transferred, or commercially exploited.
9. Shel's Diner
9.1.
Membership does not provide general discounts on food, beverages, meals, merchandise, or other purchases made at Shel's Diner unless expressly stated as a membership benefit.
9.2.
Membership benefits relating to Shel's Diner are limited to the specific products and purchase conditions advertised by Dromana Drive-In.
9.3.
Membership discounts cannot be retrospectively applied to purchases already completed.
10. Special Events and Promotions
10.1.
Membership benefits may not apply to special events, festivals, concerts, themed events, private events, advance screenings, premium screenings, members-only screenings, or other specially priced events, except where expressly stated.
10.2.
Dromana Drive-In may designate particular screenings or events as excluded from membership benefits.
10.3.
Additional promotional terms may apply to individual member offers.
10.4.
Where there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the specific terms of a promotion, screening, or event, the specific terms applying to that promotion, screening, or event will apply.
11. Public Holidays
11.1.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, membership discounts and benefits may be unavailable on public holidays.
11.2.
Public holiday exclusions may apply to ticket discounts, birthday tickets, promotional offers, and other membership benefits.
12. Membership Fees
12.1.
The applicable membership fee, if any, will be displayed at the time of joining or renewal.
12.2.
Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law or otherwise determined by Dromana Drive-In.
12.3.
Membership fees do not guarantee access to every screening, event, promotion, or membership benefit.
13. Renewal and Expiry
13.1.
Memberships may operate for a defined membership period as specified at the time of purchase.
13.2.
Members may be required to renew their membership to continue receiving membership benefits.
13.3.
Expired memberships do not entitle the former member to membership benefits.
13.4.
Dromana Drive-In may notify members of upcoming expiry or renewal requirements but is not responsible for membership benefits lost due to an expired membership.
14. Misuse of Membership
14.1.
Members must use The Front Row Club honestly and only for its intended purpose.
14.2.
Misuse includes, but is not limited to:
- sharing or lending membership accounts;
- allowing another person to use member-only benefits;
- creating multiple memberships to obtain additional benefits;
- attempting to obtain multiple birthday tickets;
- providing false or misleading information;
- attempting to obtain discounts for ineligible purchases;
- manipulating, altering, copying, or reproducing membership codes, QR codes, tickets, or other membership credentials;
- reselling membership benefits, tickets, members-only screening tickets or discounted products;
- using membership benefits for commercial purposes without permission;
- exploiting technical, pricing, or administrative errors;
- attempting to circumvent restrictions or exclusions applying to membership benefits; or
- engaging in fraudulent, dishonest, abusive, or disruptive behaviour in connection with the membership program.
14.3.
Misuse of The Front Row Club may result in immediate termination or suspension of the member's membership without refund.
14.4.
Where reasonably necessary, Dromana Drive-In may cancel or invalidate tickets, benefits, discounts, promotional rewards, or other benefits obtained through misuse.
14.5.
Dromana Drive-In reserves the right to determine, acting reasonably, whether conduct constitutes misuse of the membership program.
15. Membership Cancellation by Dromana Drive-In
15.1.
Dromana Drive-In may suspend or terminate a membership where:
- the member breaches these Terms and Conditions;
- the member engages in fraud, dishonesty, abuse, or misuse of the program;
- the member provides false or misleading information;
- the member uses membership benefits for an unauthorised commercial purpose;
- the member engages in threatening, abusive, or inappropriate conduct toward staff or other customers; or
- termination is otherwise reasonably necessary to protect the integrity, security, or operation of The Front Row Club.
15.2.
Where membership is terminated due to misuse, fraud, or a breach of these Terms and Conditions, no refund of membership fees will be provided, except where required by law.
15.3.
Termination of membership does not affect any rights Dromana Drive-In may have in relation to previous misuse, fraudulent activity, unpaid amounts, or other breaches.
16. Cancellation by the Member
16.1.
Members may request cancellation of their membership by contacting Dromana Drive-In through the contact details published on its website.
16.2.
Unless otherwise required by law, cancellation by a member does not entitle the member to a refund of membership fees.
16.3.
Cancellation will result in the member losing access to membership benefits from the effective cancellation date.
17. Changes to The Front Row Club
17.1.
Dromana Drive-In may change the structure, benefits, pricing, eligibility requirements, exclusions, or other features of The Front Row Club from time to time.
17.2.
Where changes materially affect existing members, Dromana Drive-In will provide reasonable notice where practicable.
17.3.
Dromana Drive-In may withdraw or discontinue The Front Row Club entirely.
17.4.
Changes will not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded or varied under applicable law.
18. Availability and Operational Changes
18.1.
Membership benefits are subject to the normal operation of Dromana Drive-In.
18.2.
Screenings, events, facilities, food outlets, and other services may be affected by weather, technical issues, maintenance, safety concerns, licensing requirements, operational requirements, or circumstances beyond Dromana Drive-In's reasonable control.
18.3.
The Front Row Club does not guarantee that a particular movie, screening, event, food item, or service will be available at any particular time.
19. Privacy
19.1.
Personal information collected through The Front Row Club will be handled in accordance with the Dromana Drive-In Privacy Policy.
19.2.
Members should ensure that the personal information associated with their membership is accurate and up to date.
19.3.
Membership information may be used to administer the membership program, provide membership benefits, communicate with members, process transactions, and otherwise manage the member relationship in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
20. Australian Consumer Law
20.1.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
20.2.
To the extent permitted by law, Dromana Drive-In's liability in relation to The Front Row Club will be subject to these Terms and Conditions and applicable law.
21. General
21.1.
These Terms and Conditions should be read together with any terms applying to specific tickets, promotions, events, purchases, or services.
21.2.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be read down or severed to the extent necessary without affecting the remaining provisions.
21.3.
A failure or delay by Dromana Drive-In to enforce a provision of these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision in the future.
21.4.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
